박막반도체전자소자 연구실(TSEDL) 에 관심있는 대학원(석/박사과정) 및 학부 연구생(3-1/3-2/4-1/4-2학기, 본 연구실 진학 연계 선발)  을 모집합니다. 연구분야에 관심 있는 학생들은 3학년 1학기부터 학부 연구생으로 참여하는 것을 추천하며, 이를 통해 조기 연구 경험을 쌓고 향후 석.박사 과정으로 자연스럽게 이어질 수 있습니다.  본 연구실 연구 분야 및 활동에 관심 있는 학생, 대학원 진학 등에 대해 상담하고 싶은 학생은 편하게 연락주세요. 연구에 대한 열정과 도전 의지가 있는 학생이라면 언제든지 환영합니다. 학부 연구생부터 대학원 과정까지 다양한 형태로 참여할 수 있으며, 박막반도체 기반 1) 반도체 공정/소자 및 집적 기술, 2) 반도체소자 모델링 기술(TCAD/SPICE), 3) 회로/시스템 설계기술을 함께 개발해나갈 학생을 기다립니다.

We are Looking For Highly Motivated Ph.D. / M.S Students and Undergraduate Research Interns who are interested in Thin-Film Semiconductor Electron Devices Lab. (TSEDL).

Our research spans from device-level to circuit-level approaches and explores their integration to build novel systems.

Current research interests include (based on TCAD simulation) :

• Oxide-semiconductor TFTs

• Neuromorphic devices (Emerging memories and Switching devices)

• Tactile sensor / Power Device

• Array driving circuits (Neuromorphic / Display application)

We are actively researching on future semiconductor device & circuit techniques. 

• Oxide-semiconductor materials-based emerging devices (산화물 반도체 소재를 이용한 소자 연구)

• Neuromorphic devices and materials (뉴로모픽 소재 및 소자 연구)

• Tactile sensor / Power Device (로봇 그리퍼용 촉각 센서 / 전력소자)

• Array driving circuits (Neuromorphic / Display application) (뉴로모픽 회로 설계 / 디스플레이 픽셀 구동회로 설계)
