Car parking can be difficult, but there are a few choices:
(Parking restrictions on Polebarn Road have changed!
The bottom end is now Permit Holders only.
The top end near the first entrance to the park remains the same.)

Free 23 Hours Everyday on Levels 1a, 4, 5, 6
About a 200 metre walk.

Magnet's Car Park
They are very helpful, as long as they are asked. Please do not just park here without asking first! About a 100 metre walk.

Everyday after 2pm (you will be able to park until the next morning)
(Get a ticket!)
3 hours free parking providing you get a ticket! This is up to 5pm. So arriving after 2pm gives you free parking overnight as well. About a 200 metre walk.
I have recently been informed this car park is only for the use of the leisure park (this does not apparently include the Town Park) although I can't see where it says this!

County Hall Staff Car Park
(From 6pm weekdays and all weekend.)
This is free at weekends and after 6pm. About a 300 metre walk.
