• Summer warm weather

• Appropriate clothing for the weather

• Clean clothes to sleep in.

• Sweater or warm jacket

• Hiking boots or sturdy shoes

• Rain gear

• Ball cap

• Extra Clothing

Personal camping gear

• Small First aid kit

• Flashlight

• Knife (if you have your toten chip)

• Matches and other fire starters (NO FLAMETHROWERS OR BLOWTORCHES)

• Map and compass

• Sun Screen

• Rain cover for your bag

• Sleeping bag

• Sleeping pad

• Ground Cover

• Tarp

• Pillow 

• Mess Kit (dishes and utensils)

• Soap

• Toothbrush

• Tooth Paste 

• Floss

• Small Camp Towel

• Water bottle/canteen

• Water - bring 3 Liters

• Fishing pole (if you bring a fishing pole please bring sunglasses to protect your eyes)

• Bait and Tackle

• Pen or Pencil

• Insect repellent

• 25-50’ of rope/twine

• Small notebook 

• Backpack 

If you need to borrow a backpack, tent or sleeping bag, the troop has some to borrow.  Let us know what you need the Thursday before the campout.

• Dining fly and stakes 

• Nylon Cord

• Cook Kit

• Cleanup Kit

• Repair Kit
