Minh Tran, BS student

Minh is a rising junior at Brown University majoring in Computational Biology. He is the recipient of the Harvard Prize Book Award and the Eglin Society Pins Award. Minh completed a summer internship in the Trinh lab and worked as a volunteer. During his first lab experience training, Minh mastered RT-qPCR and became proficient in culturing leukemia cells. He also participated in primary cell isolation and contributed to a research project that resulted in co-authorship on conference presentations and a research manuscript. Minh enjoys lion dance, singing, and acting.
