Support us

Trinh lab has been supported by UVA Pathology, UVA Comprehensive Cancer Center, American Cancer Society, National Cancer Institute, our collaborators, surplus donors, and volunteers. As an academic research lab, our missions are to make basic scientific discoveries, translate these research findings toward therapeutic applications, and train the next generation of life science researchers. Some of our exploratory studies are considered "high risk" to be funded by the National Institute of Health and foundations. If you find our research program is of interest, there are several ways you can take part in and contribute to. For instance, philanthropists, including small donors, can make money gifts to support our research program or one of our research themes, and to sponsor academic activities of our trainees. To make a gift to the Trinh lab, please contact us (click here) or Chrissy Morgan Gibbons, Director of Development, Research Departments and Centers chrissy@virginia.edu). Our lab will coordinate with the UVA Health Foundation and the donors to ensure the funding will be appropriately used and acknowledged. Besides, persons with experimental or computation skills can volunteer their time and contribute to our research. We thank you for your help!
