Kevin Qiu, M.D. Candidate, University of Virginia School of Medicine '26
Kevin is a first-year medical student at UVA. Prior to joining UVA he was a Research Technologist at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine where he examined genomic, transcriptomic, and epigenetic datasets from cancers. Kevin was a recipient of the Summer Undergraduate Research Grant during his undergraduate studies at Northwestern University. In his free time from clinical studies, he volunteers in the Trinh lab and will be joining us through the Medical Student Summer Research Program (MSSRP). In our lab, Kevin helps with transcriptomic, epigenetic, and clinical data analyses as well as developing his own bioinformatic research project. Kevin is also a webmaster of the University of Virginia SOM Mulholland Society.
