Joshua Pei, M.D. Candidate, University of Virginia School of Medicine
Josh is a first-year medical student at UVA. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, graduating summa cum laude and was on the Dean’s List. In the Trinh Lab, he participates in experimental drug testing for leukemia using cell line and animal models. Josh joined us through the Medical Student Summer Research Program (MSSRP) and continued volunteering in our lab after completing the program. He enjoys playing the piano.
