Our team

An Nguyen, Ph.D., Postdoctoral Research Associate, Experimental Pathology, UVA

Dr. Nguyen earned her medical degree in Ho Chi Minh City and a Ph.D. in Immunology at the University of Yamanashi, Japan. She has extensive experience with mouse models, cell culture, and molecular assays such as ELISA, western blotting, and flow cytometry. Skilled in bioinformatics, she integrates computational and experimental data. In our lab, she focuses on translational research using animal models to study small-molecule therapies for Acute Myeloid Leukemia and Alzheimer’s disease.
