No absolute offence here, but to be honest, what Claudio Naranjo tried to do, is hardly empirical. I do neither admire or despise his descriptions in many ways, but I found it to be not so suffice and lacking elaboration of the correlation that has been made. Albeit, I preferred how blunt and dry the facts that being provided into the metaphorical sense of analogical thought to give out ideas for us, people, to ponder about it, hence develop their own ideas with such kind of firm premises that have been made.
Although, in spite of that, I despise how vague the wordings of abstraction that being provided, rather more drawn towards the impracticality that seems practical, not basing himself on reality or at least being grounded with own observation, hence only remarking statements that Ichazo has been said although with a lot of hyperbolic characteristics as if people would never be healthy enough to discern themselves according to their own personality, hence I could see this kind of hyperbolic might cause the misconception for others since people would state it as a "must be" for every core type since it's a valid correlation anyway, but no one would question whether he was drunk while writing those descriptions or sane enough to publish a book, and there is no explication of whether the unhealthy state ever happens to everyone. I also despise the cause of what Naranjo brought to the middle of people with those subtypes and ego-fixations, for example, "Vanity" for me is valid, but to use it as the simplification of being a type, to me, is never enough. Which was why Ichazo used "Deceit" instead, but for me, it's both of them, since the Vanity of Deceit is probably what I would portray the core type III as.
However, those "Naranjo-pilled" were trying to be a charlatan by bringing up this to their lecturing subject in every conversation, which, to be honest, has been so shame to read. And I can sense the cultism, too. Typing people is fun, to the point that you don't even know if the typology is real, you might just enjoy it until it lasted as what will be, will be.
