Crimes Against Humanity: No, due to war it is a life and death situation therefore its either you kill or you get killed. The reason for killing the children of the enemies are that the mongols are afraid of the descendants of the enemies getting revenge. From my perspective and business’s perspective this is not our field of study.
Excessive Brutality: No, because at this time war is very common and like crimes against humanity you have to kill off your enemies before they kill you. Also again, in a business’s perspective I do not know about these situations due to my field of study is not in politics .etc.
Persecution: No, because Genghis Khan was a religious man and he had racial tolerance he also had repect for the leadership of women. Due to this and his efforts he brought rules and regulations to Mongolia.
