Reflections
 Due on Thursday, 6th April, the reflection will be completed on flipgrid. The students should answer the following questions based on their roles in the trial:
Attorneys:
1. The first half of the reflection will address these questions:
a. What were the strengths and weaknesses of your side of the case? Which of your witnesses presented the most convincing evidence?
b. What were the strengths and weaknesses of the opposing side of the case? Which of their witnesses presented the most convincing evidence?
2. The second half of the reflection will address these questions:
a. Which aspects of the simulation were the most helpful to you? Discuss specific reasons for your opinion.
b. Which aspects of the simulation could be improved or changed? Discuss specific reasons for your opinion.
Witnesses and Defendant:
1. The first half of the reflection will address this question:
Which two witnesses on the other side of the case presented the most convincing evidence? Discuss specific reasons for your opinion.
2. The second half of the reflection will address this question:
In your own opinion (as a twenty-first century student), were Genghis Khan and his descendants barbaric conquerors and rulers in the 13th and 14th centuries? Discuss specific reasons for your opinion.
