Here is the 7th grade social studies test revolving around their unit on slavery. This is a general education class that my students in self contained push into. A modification for them when taking the test is the get reduced answer choices. They have three options as the other students have four. As well as a paraprofessional or teacher could read the questions and answers choices to them if they'd like. Most of 7th grade uses google forms because it gardes the test for you. The also make most the tests multiple choice. With the tests made this way it there is not much need for modifications.
