I have completed my undergraduate in Special Education with a minor in General Education.  Growing up I had s sister who was severely autistic. This allowed me to be brought up with the curiosity and desire to interact with others like my sister. As I grew older, I was given more opportunity’s to be involved with those who were special needs. I developed a passion to help those who are special needs get the appropriate education they deserve.  Have these students  grow in socially, emotionally, and academically as all kids do in school. I want to show to show others to see the able not the label for those who go through special education! 

Students enrolled in Trinity's education program once they complete the program will be able to...

-Demonstrate content knowledge in their area of specialization

-Create and implement effective learning experiences based on assessment

-Exemplify professional responsibilities, attitudes, and behaviors

-Articulate how a Christian worldview relates to the field of education
