Assistant Teacher (part time)
Amia joined the Treehouse Team initially in April of 2025 as a Student Intern through the Springfield Public Schools Early Childhood Education career path program. She was then hired as a team member in June of 2025.
Amia is CPR/First Aid Certified, exopires September 2026.

Ashlee joined the Treehouse Team in June of 2025.
Ashlee began her journey working with children when she was 12 years old. She started out with babysitting then moved her way up into assisting with part-time summer teaching positions.
She graduated from East Longmeadow High School in 2024. During her high school career, she took the child nursery and management class where she learned about lesson planning, and how to manage a classroom. She is currently studying Elementary Education, Special Education, and Middle School History at Roger Williams University. She plans to obtain a bachelors in Elementary Education and Middle School History as well as a Masters in Special Education.
In her free time she loves to read, travel, go to the beach, and listen to music.
Her favorite thing about working with kids is watching them grow developmentally, socially, and emotionally while having fun doing it.
Miss Brittany
Assistant Teacher with Infant, Toddler, Preschool, and School Age certification (part time)
Brittany joined the Treehouse team in June 2023. Brittany has experience working in several early childcare centers in Preschool, and Infant/Toddler classrooms. She has been providing quality care as a babysitter for families for the past ten years. Brittany was licensed through the Department of Children and Family Services as a foster parent for young children in need of loving support. Brittany considers caring for children her passion in life!
Brittany has completed college level Early Childhood Education coursework including- Health, Safety, and Nutrition for the Young Child/ Child, Family and Community/ Child Growth and Development/ and Working with Preschoolers, and in 2024 she addedr: Infant Toddler Teaching Techniques. She is currently working towards her goal of becoming Lead Infant/ Toddler Teacher certified.

Brittany feels a deep connection to children, nature, and animals. She loves spending time outside, and feels very aligned with Treehouse’s values! Assistant Teacher with Preschool Certification (part time)
Cynthia A. joined the Treehouse Team in May 2025.
Cynthia is a full-time student at Mount Holyoke College and will be graduating in May 2026 with a Bachelors in Education and Spanish and a Massachusetts Teacher Licensure in Early Childhood Education.
Cynthia previously worked at a preschool center in Chicopee for the 2023-2024 school year and summer program.
Cynthia currently holds a Department of Early Education and Care certification as:

In her free time, Cynthia likes to crochet, do arts and crafts, and relax with music!

Elizabeth joined the Treehouse Team in January 2025.
Liz recently copleted her Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Springfield Technical Community College. .Liz in her own words has taken a “non-traditional” path to working with children.

Preschool Teacher
Liz’s experience with children comes from being the family babysitter while growing up, and raising her daughter Kayleigh, a current student in Marvelous Maples.
Liz enjoys spending time with her family, and working with computers. Liz’s favorite part about working with children is that they love to learn! Liz spent her working orientation building computers with the Early Elms classroom and the children loved it.

Assistant Teacher (part time)
Jenna Hawley originally joined Treehouse in our summer program for the summer of 2023 and has continued to work part time at Treehouse as her school and sport schedule allows. .
Jenna has been babysitting for about 3 years including families that attend Treehouse. Jenna plays lacrosse all year and field hockey in the fall. Some of her favorite hobbies are hanging out with friends, traveling, snowboarding, and coloring.

Juliana Swain originally joined Treehouse in June 2023 and has continued to work part-time when her college schedule allows.
Juliana graduated from East Longmeadow High School in 2023, and is currently attending Western New England University and is working towards getting a degree in Marketing.
She’s always enjoyed working with children and she was previously a part of East Longmeadow High Schools Little Big Kids preschool program.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her friends, being outdoors, and going to the beach.
Juliana's favorite thing about working with children is watching them use their imaginations!
Teacher (Full Time)
Katlyn R. = joined the Treehouse Team in August 2024. Treehouse is Katlyn's first experience in a licensed childcare center. While she may not have extensive experience she is dedicated and enthusiastic about expanding her knowledge and providing a loving and supportive environment.
In her free time, Katlyn enjoys spending time with her three younger brothers and her two chocolate labs Hunter and Hershey.
Katlyn recently graduated from Ludlow High School in June 2024 and will be attending Springfield Technical Community College in the fall to earn her Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education.

Kayleigh D. joined Treehouse in December 2024. She previously interned with the preschool in Wilbraham at Mile Tree Elementary School. Kayleigh has a passion and dedication for ensuring a supportive, positive learning environment for her students and teaching them healthy emotional coping strategies.
Kayleigh (pictured on the left) is currently completing her 2nd year of the Associates program for Early Childhood Education at Springfield Technical Community College and recently was a student in Jennifer Michaelian (Treehouse President) course ECE 140: The Exceptional Child.
In her free time she loves to spend time outside, especially by the pool or at the beach! She has a true love for Fall and all things Halloween.

Lilia Rosenkranz joined the Treehouse Team in July 2024 and works part time intermittently as her school schedule allows.
Prior to working at Treehouse, Lilia volunteered in multiple 2nd grade classrooms where she and a few other high school students created and taught emotional intelligence curriculums. She also has spent the last three summers volunteering at summer camps and babysitting for local families. In the future Lilia plans to work in the field of pedicatric medicine and is using her summers to gain experience working with young children.
Lilia attends Suffield Academy where she continues to take on leadership roles as a Leadership teaching assistant for the upcoming class of freshman.
Her favorite thing about working with kids is seeing their resilience and ability to stay positive even in challenging situations.

Lorraine Cloutier initially joined Treehouse for the summer of 2023; and returned for the summers of 2024 and 2025.
Lorraine graduated from East Longmeadow High School in 2023. She currently attends Rivier University studying Exercise Physiology in hopes to work in cardiac rehabilitation therapy.

Before Treehouse, Lorraine worked with chidlren for six years as a counselor for various camps, babysitter, youth basketball coach, and a part of East Longmeadow High Schools Little Big Kids preschool program.

Assistant Teache with Infant/Toddler/Preschool Certification (Full Time)
McKenna Williams joined the Treehouse Team in September 2024.
Miss McKenna began her journey working with children when she was just 13 years old and immediately felt at home. With her mom (Miss Leighan, one of the Saplings educators at Treehouse) being in the childcare field, she truly believes she has learned from the best in terms of making your children feel safe in the classroom. While Treehouse is Miss Mckenna's first experience in a classroom setting, she is excited to bring her creativity and love for learning to Treehouse.
McKenna previously was a nanny, a counselor for Vacation bible school (VBS) at her church and volunteers with her family at the Glasgow Land Scottish Festival children’s games.
McKenna holds the following Department of Early Education and Care certifications:

Miss McKenna plans on getting her lead teacher certification to continue learning of the ever growing minds of your wonderful children.
McKenna’s hobbies include anything with art, going on trips and adventures, and spending her nights with her cats while watching New Girl.

Tara originally joined the Treehouse Team from February - October 2022 before she left to teach abroad. Tara returned in June of 2025.
Tara graduated from Keene State College with a Bachelor's Degree in Film Production.
Tara previously worked in childcare starting first as a volunteer camp counselor, then babysitting, and then worked at a center-based preschool program for about 3 years.

Tara has a passion for working with children and being able to give love and support to her community. Tara is excited to return to the Treehouse Team and see what the future holds!
Volunteer with Teacher Certification
Jenn’s Mom, Sheryn Roberts, started volunteering in the Treehouse programs in 2012. Sheryn also completed her Regular Assistant certification. Sheryn was a Registered Nurse for nearly 50 years before retiring. Sheryn has extensive experience working with children and families. Sheryn continues to work part-time with children in a tutoring program. Sheryn loves spending time with her grandsons (Tyler & Smith) and all of their friends in the program. Many of them fondly call her “Gramma,” too. Sheryn has completed over 90 hours of training in Early Childhood/Family Child Care topics since becoming a volunteer.
Volunteer
Jenn’s Dad, Gary Roberts, started volunteering in the Treehouse programs in 2012. Gary is retired from Public School Administration. Gary is also a former college professor (Education topics) and former math teacher. Gary continues to work with children in a part-time tutoring program. Gary loves spending time with his grandsons (Tyler & Smith) and all of their friends in the program. Many of them fondly call him “Bumpba,” too.
Volunteer
Constance Goff was a family neighbor of Miss Jenn's growing up. After Connie’s husband, Jon, passed away in September 2016, Connie joined the Treehouse programs as a volunteer.
Connie has helped provide care for the past 20 years for her nephew who has special needs. Connie also enjoys her two granddaughters.
Miss Connie can also be seen arriving daily with Dunkin beverages for the educator team which she generously provides at her own expense.
