Assistant Teacher
Alyssa B. joined the Treehouse Team in Setember 2025.
Alyssa earned a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition from the University of New Hampshire, where she was also a member of the gymnastics team. Throughout college, she taught community classes for both young children and older kids, and worked each summer at gymnastics camps, building a strong foundation in coaching and child development.
After graduating, Alyssa continued working with children at Roots Gymnastics, where she taught classes and helped lead summer camp programs. She is now an assistant coach for the Westfield High School gymnastics team, sharing her passion for the sport while helping athletes grow in confidence, discipline, and teamwork.
As the middle of three girls, Alyssa has always enjoyed being surrounded by family and friends and brings that same passion when working with children. She loves to bake, spend time outdoors, and create fun, supportive environments where kids can learn, play, and thrive.
Looking ahead, Alyssa is excited to continue combining her background in exercise science, nutrition, and public health with her love of working with children. She hopes to build a career that supports children’s health and well-being, helping them grow strong both physically and emotionally.

Amia joined the Treehouse Team initially in April of 2025 as a Student Intern through the Springfield Public Schools Early Childhood Education career path program. She was then hired as a team member in June of 2025.
Amia is CPR/First Aid Certified, exopires September 2026.

Hailey joined the Treehouse Team in September 2025.
Hailey currently attends Asnuntuck Community College majoring in Early Childhood Education.
Hailey enjoy arts and crafts and hanging out with her family during her freetime.
Hailey is the middle child of 4 other siblings. She has lots of pets - including a snake!
Hailey has always enjoyed the thought of school and caring for children. Her goal is to make connections with staff and families and grow in Early Childhood Education.

Keanna joined the Treehouse Team in September 2025.
Keanna has always had a passion for working with children. Growing up, she cared for her nephew often, and that experience sparked her love for supporting children as they learn and grow. She truly enjoy watching young minds develop, and it brings her joy to be part of their journey.
Keanna describes herself as a people person who loves helping others, and believes in creating a positive, supportive environment where children feel safe, encouraged, and excited to explore the world around them.

Kim M. joined the Treehouse Team in September 2025.
Kimberly is a dedicated and compassionate educator who brings her natural love of caregiving and teaching to the classroom. She lives in East Longmeadow and is happily married to her husband James. As a proud mother of six children ranging in age from 6 to 25, she understands the value of patience, understanding, and connection in helping children grow and thrive.
Before becoming an educator, Kimberly worked as a nanny, where she deepened her passion for nurturing young minds and supporting their development. Growing up in a large family herself, she has always been drawn to caring for others and creating a warm, encouraging environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Kimberly is excited to bring her lifelong experience as a caregiver and parent into her role as an educator, fostering curiosity, kindness, and confidence in each of her students.

Substitute Teacher
Michelle Coombs joined Treehouse in August 2023 and was the Lead Teacher for our Mini Oaks classroom from March 2024-August 2025. She has previously worked as a Preschool Lead Teacher in Wilbraham. Michelle began her career in Preschool when her youngest son was in high school. She received a CDA credential in 2021 and is currently working on her Associates Degree at Holyoke Community College.

Michelle is also CPR/First Aid Certified, expires January 2027.
She is a passionate believer in Play Based Learning and believes “What the hand does the mind remembers.” - Maria Montessori. She is an expert at making Play-Dough , loves kinetic sand and puzzle building!
Michelle has resided in East Longmeadow for the past 20 years with her husband, Don, and her four children Adam (31), Amanda (29), Anna (25) and Ethan (22). She also has two very spoiled senior Beagles - Hunter and Lucy. When not at work Michelle enjoys photography, cake decorating, thrifting and card making.

Nathaniel joined the Treehouse Team in July 2025.
Nathanial is a student at the School of Science and Technology. He is currently a third year student in the program of Early Education and Care with the Springfield Public Schools.
Nathaniel lis currently in the process of working towards his EEC infant and toddler certification.
He travels around Massachusetts representing skills USA and CTE.
Assistant Teacher (part time)
Miss. Rae joined Treehouse as an Assistant Teacher in August of 2025, working with all ages of children across grade levels. As the oldest of 15 siblings, she’s been immersed in caregiving and leadership roles since childhood, and has been actively working with kids since she was 12 years old.
Before joining Treehouse, Miss Rae worked as a mobile nanny across Massachusetts, supporting families with flexible, in-home care and gaining valuable experience with children of all ages and needs. Her background has given her a deep understanding of how to connect with kids in meaningful, supportive ways.
She is currently enrolled in the Gateway to College program at Springfield Technical Community College, where she’s pursuing her degree in education. Her goal is to create inclusive, engaging learning environments where every student feels supported and inspired.
Outside the classroom, Miss Rae enjoys mentoring younger students, organizing creative activities, and finding new ways to make learning meaningful and fun.

Volunteer with Teacher Certification
Jenn’s Mom, Sheryn Roberts, started volunteering in the Treehouse programs in 2012. Sheryn also completed her Regular Assistant certification. Sheryn was a Registered Nurse for nearly 50 years before retiring. Sheryn has extensive experience working with children and families. Sheryn continues to work part-time with children in a tutoring program. Sheryn loves spending time with her grandsons (Tyler & Smith) and all of their friends in the program. Many of them fondly call her “Gramma,” too. Sheryn has completed over 90 hours of training in Early Childhood/Family Child Care topics since becoming a volunteer.
Volunteer
Jenn’s Dad, Gary Roberts, started volunteering in the Treehouse programs in 2012. Gary is retired from Public School Administration. Gary is also a former college professor (Education topics) and former math teacher. Gary continues to work with children in a part-time tutoring program. Gary loves spending time with his grandsons (Tyler & Smith) and all of their friends in the program. Many of them fondly call him “Bumpba,” too.
Volunteer
Constance Goff was a family neighbor of Miss Jenn's growing up. After Connie’s husband, Jon, passed away in September 2016, Connie joined the Treehouse programs as a volunteer.
Connie has helped provide care for the past 20 years for her nephew who has special needs. Connie also enjoys her two granddaughters.
Miss Connie can also be seen arriving daily with Dunkin beverages for the educator team which she generously provides at her own expense.
