Miss Amia

Assistant Teacher with Teacher Certification  (Th & F full days)

Amia  initially joined the Treehouse Team from April-June of 2025 as a Student Intern through the Springfield Public Schools (SPS)  Early Childhood Education career path program.  She was then hired as a team member in June of 2025 and worked at Treehouse in the Summer of 2025. She returned in November of 2025 as a paid COOP Student with SPS, and was officially hired as a Teacher in June 2026.

Amia currently holds the following certifications from the Department of Early Education and Care:

• Teacher Preschool

• Teacher Infant/Toddler

• School Age Group Leader

Amia is CPR/First Aid Certified, expires December 2026.

Miss Angela

Assistant Teacher with Teacher Certification  (part time mornings)

Angela joined the Treehouse Team in April 2026.  Miss Angela is currently studying at Bay Path University, working toward her bachelor’s degree in Early Education and Care.

Angela holds the following Department of Early Education and Care certifications:

• Preschool Teacher 

She really enjoys working with kids and helping them learn new skills in fun, play-based ways. She loves being part of their growth and watching them gain confidence while having a great time learning.

A little about Angela —she lovse her dog Harry, drinking Matcha and she is all about creating a kind, positive, and happy environment. She  tries to bring that same energy into everything she does.

Miss Izzy

Assistant Teacher with Teacher Certification  (part time)

Izzy Gamelli joined the Treehouse Team in November 2025.  

Since arriving at Treehouse, Izzy has been working towards EEC Certifications, and she now holds the following Department of Early Education and Care certifications:

• Preschool Teacher 

Izzy has been babysitting children since she was 16 years old. She  truly enjoys spending time with kids, helping them learn important skills for the future, and watching them grow and develop into their own unique human beings. Making sure children have  a safe and fun environment is  something Izzy  truly value. She  loves being someone families can trust with their children.

Izzy attended American International College, where she  earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology, and she is currently pursuing her  Master’s in Social Work at Springfield college. Her education has strengthened her understanding of child development and how to best support children in different stages of growth. 

Outside of work and school, Izzy enjoys working out and spending time with her  little cousins on the weekends, which is something that continues to inspire her passion for working with kids.

Miss Jenna

Assistant Teacher with Teacher Certification  (part time, summers)

Jenna Hawley joined the Treehouse Team in the summer of 2023.  She worked at Treehouse while finishing our her high school years at East Longmeadow High School.

Jenna currently attends college out of state, but has continued to work part time at Treehouse as her school and sport schedule allows.  .

Jenna enjoys babysitting - including families that attend Treehouse!  Jenna  plays lacrosse  and field hockey. Some of her favorite hobbies are hanging out with friends, traveling, snowboarding, and coloring. 

Miss Krissy S.

Assistant Teacher (part time)

Krissy S.  joined the Treehouse Team in April 2026.   Krissy is a student at East Longmeadow High School and works at Treehouse after school.

She has always loved working with children and babysitting. When working with children, Krissy aims to create a positive environment.

She says "I love playing with children and brightening their day as-well as teaching them new things and skills,  I’m kind, patient, and always willing to help others in any way I can.

Mr. Levi

Assistant Teacher (part time)

Levi is a high school student.  He  joined the Treehouse Team in June 2025.

During his time at Treehouse Levi has shown to have great rapport with the students, especially our school age crew!  He keeps them MOVING!

Miss Madison S.

Assistant Teacher
(part time)

Madison S.  joined the Treehouse Team in July 2026.   Madison is currently in high  school and works at Treehouse during the summer and after school.

Miss Michelle

Substitute Teacher (Certified)

Michelle Coombs joined Treehouse in August 2023 and was the Lead Teacher for our Mini Oaks classroom from March 2024-August 2025.  She has previously worked as a Preschool Lead Teacher in Wilbraham. Michelle began her career in Preschool when her youngest son was in high school.  She received  a CDA credential in 2021 and is currently working on her Associates Degree at Holyoke Community College. 

Michelle holds the following Department of Early Education and Care certifications:

• Preschool Teacher 

• Infant/Toddler Teacher

• School Age Group Leader

Michelle is also CPR/First Aid Certified, expires January 2027.

She is a passionate believer in Play Based Learning and believes “What the hand does the mind remembers.” - Maria Montessori. She is an expert at making Play-Dough , loves kinetic sand and puzzle building! 

Michelle has resided in East Longmeadow for the past 20 years with her husband, Don, and her four children Adam (31), Amanda (29), Anna (25) and Ethan (22).  She also has two very spoiled senior Beagles - Hunter and Lucy.  When not at work Michelle enjoys photography, cake decorating, thrifting and card making.

Miss Molly

Substitute Teacher (Certified)

Molly Cook  joined Treehouse in July 2024.

Molly has over 20 years experience in the early childhood education field,  including therapeutic horseback riding lessons and being a lifeguard/swim instructor.  She has also loved her experiences being a nanny for close friends. Molly has experience with children from 3 months to 13 years old.  

Molly currently holds the following Department of Early Education and Care certifications:

• Director

• Lead Preschool Teacher

• Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher

Molly is CPR/First Aid Certified, expires January 2027.

Molly enjoys being outside as much as possible in all weather.  

Molly  is a fur mom to her best friend Tonka dog and Tony buddy.  Some of Molly's favorite activities are candlepin bowling (she plays on a league!), rollerskating, kayaking, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.  

Molly values e bonding with all the children, families, and staff at Treehouse!

Miss Samaris

Assistant Teacher
(part time)

Sam originally supported the Treehouse Team as an intern from Springfield Public Schools in  May of 2025.  She later returned in September of 2026 to officially join the tema.

Miss Sandra

Teacher (full time)

Sandra S.   joined the Treehouse Team in November 2025.

Sandra attened Dean College and receied an Associates Degree in Early Childhood.  She has experience working in Early Education and Care programs, including earning Head Teacher certification in Connecticut.  As an educator, Sandra loves watching children grow and learn.

Sandra currently holds the following certifications from the Department of Early Education and Care:

• Lead Teacher Preschool

• Teacher Infant/Toddler 

• School Age Site Coordinator

Sandra loves spending time with her daughter and her niece, as well as her daughters friends.  Together they enjoy going on manyl outings.

Currently Sandra says "I love working for Treehouse. Its such a great school. Im a floater so I get to spend time with all of the children that attend the program."
