HOW TO RELOAD MY TREATS TIME WALLET CREDIT?

WHERE CAN I SPEND MY TREATS TIME WALLET CREDIT?

*We are continuously enhancing our delivery service, however, the Treats Time Wallet Credit is temporarlily not available for online orders.

I HAVE COMPLETED THE WALLET CREDIT PAYMENT PROCESS, WHY MY WALLET CREDIT IS NOT UPDATED?

We are very sorry that the credit did not reflected immediately after the payment is completed. The issue may due to weak telco network, or glitch with the connection with our thrid party payment gateway provider. Please refresh your app or wait for 15 minutes to allow the sync process to complete.


We do not suggest our customers to immediately proceed another payment in order to avoid duplicated credit reload.


We strongly encourage our customers to reload physically in our outlets to avoid any payment gateway errors


If the same issue persists in reloading your wallet credit, feel free to send us a Facebook/Instagram message together with your payment receipt and membership number (Eg: KMGMYXXXXXXX) and we will attend to you accordingly. Please be reminded not to share your QR code to anyone to avoid possible leak of information. Alternatively, click on the "Contact Komugi" or "Contact HAP&PI Froyo" to send an email to us.

Treat Time App credits are strictly non-refundable after the payment process is completed.
