You may redeem vouchers using your Treats TIme points at the "Voucher" > "Redeem" section.

Treats Time Points earning are strictly from cash, credit card, debit card, or Treats Time Wallet Credit and are only applicable for the nett payment value. All other ongoing vouchers, privileges, offers, or bank deals are not eligible for Treats Time Points earning.

Treats Time Points and Wallet Credits are available for lifetime.

Our birthday vouchers will be added to our customers’ membership accounts 3 days prior to their registered birthday date and will be valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

Members who join after their birthday will receive their birthday voucher on their birthday the following year.

To amend your birthday date, appreciate your help to provide us the details below:

Kindly note that the information can only be updated once. The information provided shall deem to be true as it will be one of the verification questions in the future.

Please also be informed that we will proceed with the request within 4 working days and reserve the right to request further supporting documents for verification purposes as stated in our Terms of Use.

For members registed on their actual birthday, their birthday vouchers will be pushed to their account within 3 days. Should you not receive your birthday voucher within the time frame, please share with us your membership number (Eg: KMGMYXXXXX) and mobile number via Facebook/Instagram inbox. Our team will attend to your request immediately upon receiving the information.

You may find your vouchers from the "Voucher" > "Active" section.

You voucher may be expired or used. You may find your past vouchers from "Voucher" > "Past". Should you need further assistance on your vouchers, feel free to inbox us in Facebook/Instagram or select "Contact Komugi" or "Contact HAP&PI Froyo" at the "Account" section.

All vouchers are valid for THIRTY (30) days from the date of issuance, otherwise stated.
