Delivery Service Policy

1. Delivery service can be obtained through our delivery service partner, Grabfood.

2. Limited delivery area only, subject to the delivery service area by our third party delivery service partner.

3. Custom writing for whole cake is not available for delivery. 

4. Candles are available for Komugi Malaysia Whole orders upon request.

Pick-Up and Dine In Service Policy

1.  Komugi Malaysia provide pick up service subject to the Product or/and availability.

2. Pick up service can be obtained through WhatsApp, Facebook/Instagram inbox messages or email.

3. Our pick-up service from our official delivery service partners, Grabfood is limited to Komugi Malaysia only.

4. Our dine-in service is limited to Komugi AEON Shah Alam, Komugi Main Place, Komugi AEON Nilai, and Komugi Sunway Pyramid only.

5. All other pick up service not included in point 2 and 3 are subject to Multiple Reward Sdn Bhd’s liability.

6. All prices are inclusive of 6% Service Tax.

7. Pick-up and dine-in hours: 10.00am to 10.00pm (May vary depending on location).

8. Prices of our Product may vary and subject to change without prior notice.

9. All Product in the promotional bundles and sets are fixed.

10. All deals for Delivery, Pick-up, Dine-in or Take Away may differ.

11. Visuals shown are for illustration purposes only.

12. Payment shall be made at the point of order.

13. There is strictly no refund, change or cancellation once the order has been confirmed or payment has been made.
