Delivery Service Policy
Komugi Malaysia provides pre-order and same-day delivery service subject to the Product availability.
Pre-order and same day delivery service can be obtained through WhatsApp, Facebook/Instagram inbox messages, email or our official delivery service partners, such as GrabMart, Foodpanda and ShopeeFood.
All other delivery service not included in point 2 are subject to Multiple Reward Sdn Bhd’s liability.
Prices for all Product and delivery services are inclusive of 6% Service Tax.
Limited delivery area only, subject to the delivery service area by our third party delivery service provider/partner.
Delivery hours: 11:30am to 09:30pm (May vary depending on location).
Prices of Product may differ from our Outlets and delivery service partner.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
All Product in the promotional combos and bundles are fixed.
Promotional combo or bundle for our Service and our Outlets may differ.

Orders will only be processed upon receipt of full payment.
Multiple Reward Sdn Bhd requires at least 1 hour to process your orders.
Orders for Komugi Malaysia Whole Cakes with custom writing request require 3 working days in advance to process.
Greeting cards are available for Komugi Malaysia orders, subject to availability.
Orders placed after 7pm on the day will only be available for next day delivery.
For a successful delivery, Multiple Reward Sdn Bhd require a full address, delivery time, contact number, sender & recipient’s name. Full address requires exact unit number, floor number, full street name, neighbourhood, city, state, and postcode.
Multiple Reward Sdn Bhd will not accept responsibility for late, contaminated or/and non-deliveries under the following circumstances:
Recipient is not present at the address given at the time which the delivery was requested to take place.
The address given was incorrect or incomplete.
Cannot locate the said recipient at the given address.
No valid contact number was given to us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient in order to execute the order successfully.
In the event of any non-delivery, no requests for refund will be entertained due to the perishable nature of our products.
Refusal of any item by the recipient will still be considered as delivered and no refund will be made.
Weather-driven delivery delays.
As our Product are perishables, leaving the delivery at the lobby or anywhere unattended is not advisable as it may cause the Product to be contaminated by external or/and natural factors, including but not limited to be stolen, melted, or be affected by ants, flies or/and other insects.
In rare cases of delayed delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, Multiple Reward Sdn Bhd will not be held liable for any claims.
Multiple Product (max. 2 cakes) for delivery to the same venue at the same time, under the same customer bill will be charged a one-time delivery fee. Deliveries to multiple venues, even under the same customer bill, will be charged as separate deliveries.
Should there be a request to redirect orders, a reasonable administration fee may be charged. If so, we will inform you of the fee before processing your request.
No cancellations are allowed after the order has been confirmed unless special circumstances were being accorded on a case by case basis. A reasonable administration fee is payable for each amendment done to the order to recover transaction charges imposed on payment made via our payment gateway partner like iPay88 and any other administrative costs.
In the event where delivery order is out of stock, Multiple Reward Sdn Bhd will contact you to arrange for a replacement or follow the provided Product out of stock instruction in-app. It is our responsibility to replace a similar product of equal or lesser value.
Pick-Up and Dine In Service Policy
Komugi Malaysia and HAP&PI Frozen Yogurt provide pick up service subject to the Product or/and availability.
Pick up service can be obtained through WhatsApp, Facebook/Instagram inbox messages or email.
Our pick-up service from our official delivery service partners, such as GrabMart, Foodpanda and ShopeeFood is limited to Komugi Malaysia only.
Our dine-in service is limited to Komugi AEON Shah Alam, Komugi Main Place, Komugi AEON Nilai and HAP&PI Frozen Yogurt Mid Valley Megamall only.
All other pick up service not included in point 2 and 3 are subject to Multiple Reward Sdn Bhd’s liability.
All prices are inclusive of 6% Service Tax.
Pick-up and dine-in hours: 10.00am to 10.00pm (May vary depending on location).
Prices of our Product may vary and subject to change without prior notice.
All Product in the promotional bundles and sets are fixed.
All deals for Delivery, Pick-up, Dine-in or Take Away may differ.

There is strictly no refund, change or cancellation once the order has been confirmed or payment has been made.
