Pre-order lead time: 3 days before the actual delivery day
Pre-order cut-off time: 03:00pm daily
Delivery Service:
Delivery order time: 09:00am – 05:00pm (daily excluding weekend & public holidays)
Delivery time slots: 11:30am – 09:30pm
Pick Up Service:
Pick Up order time: 09:00am – 05:00pm (daily excluding weekend & public holidays)
Pick Up time slots: 10:00am – 10:00pm
WHAT IS THE STEP/PROCEDURE FOR KOMUGI ONLINE ORDER?
Confirm your order and delivery location if you opt for delivery.
Place your order via WhatsApp.
Upon receiving your order, our person in charge will pass your order to the nearest Komugi Outlet to your delivery location to proceed.
Upon confirmation, our outlet personnel will call/WhatsApp you the details and you may proceed with your payment via online banking.

HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY CHARGE?
The delivery charge is subject to the live price provided by our third party delivery provider, which will be communicated through WhatsApp upon requested.
ARE CANDLES/ BIRTHDAY TAG/ PLASTIC KNIFE INCLUDED FOR KOMUGI WHOLE CAKE ORDER?
Yes. These items are provided upon request.
IS GREETING NOTES/CARDS AVAILABLE FOR KOMUGI DELIVERIES?
Yes. The items are provided upon special request and subject to availability.
WHICH AREA IS APPLICABLE TO KOMUGI WHATSAPP ORDER DELIVERY?
Our WhatsApp order delivery service is applicable to Klang Valley areas only, while our delivery area is subject to our third-party delivery partner’s coverage. We suggest you may find us on GrabMart, Foodpanda or Shopeefood and check the available delivery location by inserting your delivery address.
HOW IS THE KOMUGI PRODUCT ORDERED ONLINE BEING PACKED?
Our outlets will pack the products individually into boxes or plastic bags to ensure the products to arrive our customers safely.
WHAT CAN I DO IF I RECEIVE MY ORDER WRONGLY/DAMAGED?

For any delivery feedback, please snap a photo of the product’s condition and purchase receipt and get in touch with the Komugi outlet stated on the receipt. Alternatively, email your order details to online.shop@komugi.com.my and our person in charge will get back to you within 3 (THREE) working days.
If you ordered through GrabMart, Foodpanda or ShopeeFood:
For orders with our delivery partners, we suggest you may feedback directly to them through the respective apps.
CAN I MODIFY/CANCEL MY ORDER UPON CONFIRMATION?
No refunds, exchange, cancellations or amendments is applicable once payment is processed and completed.
