The TREAT Lab includes many undergraduate students from The University of Memphis and Rhodes College who are involved in various research projects. The undergraduate research assistant team, led by Brianna Morelli and Maggie Gunnigle, are currently working on studies about the accessibility help-seeking resources for gambling problems. During the 2024-2025 academic year, the undergraduate team conducted a "secret shopper" study to audit casino employee knowledge and awareness of self-exclusion and responsible gambling materials. They are currently working on a secret shopper study of the practices of state gambling helplines.Â
