Triennial Strategic Plan

The TSP articulates the committee’s mission and scope, charts a course of action, and establishes supporting goals and strategies. It is based on a critical self-assessment that highlights recent committee successes and accomplishments, along with identifying future directives.

Members and friends of the Pavement Structural Testing and Evaluation Committee are encouraged to review the TSP to learn about:

1. Committee history (over the past three years)

2. Committee plan (with a three year horizon)

3. Committee future outlook statement (with a seven year horizon)
