One of many morning photos with my roommate Alexis! This was our first day of teaching at the school near Nice! We were so excited to meet the students and teach them conversational English! On this trip to the school, I found many techniques and different concepts that I will definitely be implementing in my future classroom. Experiencing school in another country was so interesting. Compared to our schools in the United States, it felt much more focused on safety and also on the whole development of the child and not just their academics! As a future elementary teacher who hopes to work abroad in some aspect, this was a great experience for me!
