Sîrbu Ioana, Research Assistant

Ioana Sîrbu (Tocai) holds a PhD in social sciences from the University of Oradea and is a certified psychologist by the Romanian College of Psychologists in clinical psychology, psychotherapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy, with 12 years of experience in the field. She is a lecturer at the Department of Social Sciences at the University of Oradea, whose academic work focuses on psychological counselling and therapy approaches. Her scientific concerns reflect an interest in psychology, sociology, and areas of special psychology. Previous work has been aimed for improving the psychological well-being of young people, involving methodology testing and designing universal and secondary interventions for young people. She has relevant experience as a valued team member in previous projects and  scientific paper releases.
