My teaching career focus on history of psychology, personality and organizational psychology. I am one of the executive editors of the Romanian Journal of School Psychology and section editor for the Psychological Thought (Bulgaria). My current main research interest regards understanding the phenomenon of video games immersion. Most of my studies focus on the role of human motivation in work and school settings, the development of radicalization and describing the psychological characteristics of Gen Z and Alpha.
