Undecided Members

Undecided Members are simply the members of the Celestial Heavens that have not chosen which Unit they would like to join. Most commonly, the adult members are lead by the Confidential Commander, Aggoth, when it comes to crisis and combat, but can temporarily follow any Commander, should the Confidential Commander not be available to them.
