It presents a concept for a railway station that would connect Warsaw–Radom Airport with Radom Główny Railway Station. The idea involves utilizing the existing, non-electrified railway siding serving the airport's technical facilities for passenger traffic. The greatest challenge is the distance between the terminal and the planned station—approximately 800 meters. To ensure convenient and rapid passenger access, the construction of a striking, elevated pedestrian and moving tunnel has been proposed. The glazed structure on stilts would extend above the existing road infrastructure, and inside, moving walkways would significantly speed travel. The visualization of the railway station depicts a modern pavilion with the dominant "AIRPORT" sign, harmoniously integrated into the green surroundings and open to future line upgrades. The station's design and the form of the viaduct emphasize the desire to create a functional and recognizable transport space with a high aesthetic appeal. The concept not only represents a local solution for Radom and its airport but could also become a component of a larger plan. Ultimately, it envisions creating a direct rail connection between three airports in the Mazovia region: Warsaw–Radom, Chopin Airport, and Modlin. Such a line would enhance the region's transport cohesion and facilitate passenger transfers between airports, while also reducing congestion on the capital's road infrastructure. The concept was developed based on available cartographic and visualization resources (Google Earth, polish-airports.com, Pixabay) and using AI tools to generate images, text, and animations.
The presented concept for a multi-family residential building involves dividing the building into two functions: a first-story underground garage and four above-ground levels for residential purposes. The building's exterior is dominated by widely spaced balconies and a viewing terrace on the top floor. The balconies are decorative, functional – providing residents with recreation, and practical – providing solar shading and protection from rain. Vertical circulation is designed in the form of a centrally located staircase (three flights with landings measuring at least 1.50 x 1.50 m, measured in the internal clearance between the balustrade and the wall plaster), with the elevator shaft as its centerpiece. It is proposed to glazing the staircase externally and glazing the elevator shaft internally to accommodate a panoramic elevator. The external balustrades (minimum height 1.10m) are designed with glazing without muntin (tempered and laminated safety foil) and a square steel balustrade.

The CONCEPT Estate is a proposal for a contemporary housing development where architecture is not an end in itself, but a tool for shaping the quality of life. The project is a conscious response to the key challenges of modern cities – the excessive dominance of car traffic, the fragmentation and chaotic nature of public spaces, and the scarcity of greenery and spaces conducive to social interaction. At the heart of this vision is people – their daily needs, comfort, and social relationships, which ultimately define the true value of a place. The concept is based on a transparent and orderly urban structure, based on the logical division of space and coherent compositional principles. The development was designed to create clearly defined urban spaces – semi-private courtyards, human-scale streets, and accessible common spaces. This arrangement naturally supports the development of neighborly relationships, while providing residents with a sense of security and control over their surroundings. A key aspect is the gradation of privacy – from public to semi-public to private – allowing users to freely choose how to interact with their surroundings, depending on their needs and lifestyle. One of the key design principles is the significant reduction of car traffic in favor of pedestrian and bicycle traffic. Cars are subordinated to the spatial structure of the neighborhood, not the other way around. As a result, the space regains its social character – becoming a place for meetings, activities, and everyday life, rather than simply a transit zone. Safe pedestrian paths, transparent communication systems, and the elimination of collisions with car traffic increase the comfort of all users – from children to the elderly. This approach aligns with the latest urban trends, promoting more sustainable, accessible, and people-friendly cities.
The apartment's interior design is a comprehensive concept for transforming the living space into a harmonious, functional, and aesthetically cohesive space, meeting contemporary standards of comfort and lifestyle. The project was developed with users in mind, prioritizing ergonomics, good lighting, and high-quality finishes, while maintaining a balanced, timeless aesthetic. The main idea was to create an interior that—regardless of its scale—offers a space optimally adapted to the residents' daily needs. The design considers both functional and emotional aspects: the interiors were to be spaces that foster daily life and integration among household members, while also allowing for relaxation and rest. The spatial composition is based on a clear functional division—the living area was designed as an open space, combining the living room, dining room, and kitchen into a seamless, communicating whole. This layout promotes spatial integration and ensures optimal communication between the various functions of the apartment, which is particularly important in modern residential interiors, where family and social life are often concentrated in one common area.
The facility is planned for the site, with two axes: east-west and north-south. A building with three above-ground levels and one underground level is also planned for the southern part of the plot. Access to the plot will be from the existing road located in the southern part via two entrances, where the single-lane access to the surface parking spaces (21 spaces) will also be available. In the eastern part, vehicular traffic will serve a ramp leading to level -1. Access and sidewalks on the plot have been designed to serve all entrances and emergency exits. On the western and eastern sides, the sidewalk strip will be reinforced in the subgrade, suitable for ambulance or other vehicle access to each entrance. Green areas have been located in the northern part, in accordance with the existing sidewalk layout. In the northwestern part of the planned green space, it is possible to install playground elements for children near the entrance to the Healthy Children's Pediatrics Ward.
Construction of a Municipal Sports Facility with a roof and football pitch, along with technical infrastructure (including artificial lighting, sound system, internal systems: monitoring, communications, stormwater and sanitary drainage, electrical and water systems), locker rooms for players and referees, VIP spectator areas located in the stands, multimedia rooms, fast food outlets for spectators, sanitary facilities for players, media, and spectators, as well as a generator room for fire protection purposes, a fan shop, and a security and administration complex. Construction of a complex with five parking zones for spectators and VIPs, media, players, security, and emergency services. Construction of entrances in the western and southwestern sections. Construction of paved surfaces for pedestrian and vehicular traffic. Construction of a training field with a synthetic turf surface and lighting. Construction of external technical infrastructure including water, electricity, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer systems. Construction of large-scale entrance complexes integrated with ticket control and spectator pre-segregation systems (directing attendees to appropriate sectors). Construction of fencing around designated traffic sectors, the stadium, and parking lots.
The idea of sustainable urban construction is a return to the concept of the bay window. ECOORIEL allows for the re-creation of urban greenery, so well-known from planters in medieval windows. The bay window, used for centuries but now forgotten by architects, allows for the transfer of solutions from ErthShip single-family homes to city centers. The presented solution is applicable to both planned and existing buildings. EarthShip combines a passive solar shelter in the ground. Features that have been successfully transferred to ECOORIEL include: solar radiation (maximum in winter and minimum in summer), the use of grey water by (potted) plants, air cooling and humidification in summer, and air heating in winter. All these features contribute to reduced electricity consumption for space heating and cooling. Thus, they positively impact the sustainable development of urban construction, especially in existing buildings. EarthShip is an idea that has been reflected in numerous projects around the world. In Europe, the first facility of this type was built in 2000 in Belgium. Four years later, it was built in the United Kingdom (2004), and then in France in 2007. Currently, facilities have been completed or are under construction in Portugal, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, and the Czech Republic. "In their simplest form, EarthShips are structures that heat and cool themselves without the use of electricity, fossil fuels, or wood. Thirty percent of all energy generated globally is used to heat and cool buildings. By utilizing thermal mass and solar gain, EarthShips can maintain comfortable temperatures without additional fuel in any climate.
The concept of this modern, contemporary building complex represents a thoughtful communication of the challenges of contemporary urban planning and residential architecture. The project harmoniously blends multi-family housing with a distinctive urban fabric, combining high-quality services with network access and respecting the human scale. The spatial layout was designed with user comfort in mind, providing accessible interiors with natural light, a clear division into public and private zones, and a seamless connection between the buildings and the surrounding greenery and intimate architecture. The building masses are characterized by an elegant form, whose modern details and a subdued, timeless palette of materials create a coherent, balanced composition, consistent with the overall aesthetic of the project.
The square requires significant revitalization and a distinctive urban character. The space, which currently serves primarily as a transit and parking area, could become a new center of social life in this part of Radom – a place for meetings, cultural events, recreation, and modern retail and services. Proposed transformation concept: The visualization and site plan depict the square as an elegant, modern public space dominated by high-quality surfaces, representative trees in the form of carefully designed green islands, and new frontage development. The proposal assumes: Preserving and showcasing the existing tall greenery (three large trees in the central part of the square), which give the place identity and natural shade. Introducing new frontage development (colored orange on the plan), which will enclose the square and enable the introduction of service and cultural functions. Modernizing the square's surface using aesthetically pleasing and durable materials, with subtle linear lighting at ground level.
The single interior design is a well-thought-out concept for a modern, intimate living space, designed with comfort, functionality, and the individual lifestyle of one person in mind. The interior architecture is based on the idea of optimally utilizing every square meter while maintaining a sense of spaciousness and purity of form. The living area is dominated by an open-plan layout, where the boundaries between the living room, kitchenette, and relaxation area blur, creating a cohesive and seamless composition. The color palette is based on subdued, neutral shades of white, gray, and deep, elegant accents, which, combined with natural wood, bring a warm and cozy atmosphere to the interior. Particular emphasis was placed on hidden storage systems and custom-made furniture, allowing for a minimalistic feel without sacrificing practicality. Lighting – divided into functional and ambient zones – plays a key role in creating the atmosphere, highlighting the selected finishing materials and wall textures. The entire space creates a modern, sophisticated retreat that perfectly balances the aesthetics of an urban loft with the tranquility and privacy of a home.
The expansion of the hotel building on Łąkowa Street in Warka primarily involves the addition of a connecting passage and a swimming pool on the south side, while maintaining the form of the existing development. The front elevation was designed in accordance with the existing material solutions on the site, while the side elevations were designed with glazing. These glazing elements are intended to emphasize the building's character and clearly justify its function for viewers, users, and guests, both during the day and at night. The planned expansion of the hotel building was designed to ensure that its form does not create dissonance with the surrounding buildings and landscape. The building was designed with proportions consistent with the existing development. By maintaining its current form, the space within the aforementioned development will be enhanced. The material solutions described below are intended to reflect the existing urban fabric of the development site.
The project presents a coherent and expressive concept for office interiors, in which color, light, and the conscious shaping of the workspace play a key role. The entire project was designed as an environment conducive to both concentration and creative collaboration, meeting the needs of modern office users. This idea is further developed through the pursuit of creating a space that not only serves a functional purpose but also actively influences employee well-being and productivity. The design paid particular attention to ergonomics, proportions, and the relationships between individual zones – from representative spaces, through circulation routes, to individual and team workspaces. Each of these elements was designed as part of a larger, logical layout. Giving the interiors a distinct visual identity was also a key objective. This was achieved through the consistent use of dynamic color accents paired with neutral backgrounds and natural materials. This gives the space a modern and energetic character, while remaining uncluttered and uncluttered. The design also accommodates changing work patterns, offering flexible design solutions. Open functional layouts can be easily adapted to various usage scenarios – from focused work to team interactions. Solutions have been implemented to foster integration, communication, and spontaneous meetings, while maintaining an appropriate level of acoustic and visual comfort. The role of light – both natural and artificial – is also significant, as it has been used to create the interior atmosphere. A carefully thought-out lighting arrangement highlights the architecture of the space, brings out its rhythm, and supports the daily functioning of users. The entire project is a harmonious blend of aesthetics and functionality, with every detail subordinated to the idea of creating a modern, friendly, and inspiring work environment.
