The expansion of the hotel building at Łąkowa Street in Warka consists mainly of the addition of a connector building and a swimming pool on the south side, while maintaining the form of the existing buildings. The front elevation was designed in reference to the existing material solutions in the investment area, the side elevations were designed in the form of glazing. The elements of the above-mentioned glazing are intended to emphasize the character and clearly justify the function for the viewer, user and guest, both during the day and at night. The planned expansion of the hotel building has been designed in such a way as to: its form did not constitute a dissonance in the surrounding buildings and against the background of the surrounding landscape. The building in question was designed in proportions consistent with the existing buildings. By maintaining the current form, the space in the above-mentioned investment will be valorized. The material solutions described below are intended to refer to the existing urban fabric of the investment area.
