永井研究室

• 8月14日〜18日にイギリス・ブライトンで開催されたThe 28th Symposium of the International Colour Vision Society (ICVS2026) に参加してきました。博士課程の王さんが初の学会発表をし、永井も口頭発表を行いました。新しい知り合いもでき、またうちの研究も知ってもらえて、小さい学会の良さをしっかり味わってきました。また、私の過去の指導学生、孫さん（千葉大）と佐藤先生（金沢大）もそれぞれ発表があり、それぞれ頑張ってきました！

• 博士課程の中島くんが行った研究が、Journal of Visionの論文として出版されました。これは、物体の質感を視覚情報から判断するときに、早く判断しようとするとか遅く判断しようとするかという時間的態度によって、脳内の質感情報の表現が変化することを脳波から示唆した研究です。質感判断の方略が状況により変化するという柔軟性の一端を示していると考えられます。

• 博士課程のKillian Duayさんが昨年Journal of the Optical Society of America A（JOSA A）で発表した色恒常性の論文が、2025 JOSA A Emerging Researcher Best Paper Prizeを受賞しました。これは、キャリア早期の研究者により2025年にJOSA Aで発表された論文の中から、科学的意義、研究の質、記述の質に基づき、最も優れた論文に与えられるものです。Killianの研究はVirtual Realityの広い視野が色を安定して知覚させるために重要であることを明確に示しており、その実験と解析の緻密さが高く評価されました。この受賞は大変素晴らしく、大いに励みになると思います。おめでとうございます！

• 2026年6月20, 21日に立命館大学いばらきキャンパスで開催された日本色彩学会全国大会にて、M2の石黒くんと三浦さん、そして永井が発表してきました。その中で、石黒くんが発表奨励賞を受賞しました！三浦さんの発表も立派なものでした。二人とも、大変お疲れ様でした！また、合わせて、2025年に昨年度博士課程を修了した孫さんのColor Research and Application誌の論文に対し、日本色彩学会から論文賞をいただきました。受賞のお二人、おめでとうございます！
