Remarks. The name of this species appeared with two spellings in the original description: yamagataensis on page 37 and plate 7, and yamagatensis on page 38 (Kobayashi 1973). Since the author Mr. M. Kobayashi used yamagataenis in his work (Kobayashi 1983), and neither had previously been selected as the correct speclling by a first reviser, 'yamagataensis' is fixed as the correct original spelling (ICZN Art 24.2.4).
