The Operations department is the backbone of TM Racing’s daily functioning.
Composed of three essential areas, this team ensures that all behind-the-scenes work, from planning and coordination to communications and outreach, is executed flawlessly.
Their efforts provide the support and structure needed so that every project and event runs smoothly, enabling the team to focus on achieving its goals both on and off the track.

The Sponsorships and Events area is responsible for securing financial and in-kind support to cover the costs of the car, as well as everything related to its manufacturing and transportation. This includes seeking monetary sponsorships, materials, and collaborations to give visibility to our partners. We also organize events to raise funds and promote the team, with the goal of reaching more people and attracting potential sponsors.
The Marketing area is responsible for creating and executing strategies to promote TM Racing’s brand and activities.
This includes designing and applying the team’s brand identity, managing our social media channels, producing multimedia content, coordinating communications, and engaging with sponsors and the public.
Our work is essential to increase the team’s visibility, attract partners, and build a strong community around TM Racing.
As we move closer to our goal of transitioning into the FS Class, the Logistics area plays a crucial role in making the complex task of transporting our vehicle from Mexico City to Silverstone possible. Beyond international shipping, we also handle the logistics for team events throughout the season such as Women in STEM.
