Our team is organized into four main departments: Engineering, Operations, Costs & Manufacturing, and Management. All areas work closely together to make sure every part of our project runs smoothly and successfully. From planning every detail to building, perfecting, and competing with our car, we rely on trust, hard work, and one shared dream.

The Engineering department consists of nine specialized areas focused on the design, development, and optimization of the race car.

This team applies advanced engineering principles to build a vehicle that excels in performance, safety, and reliability on the track.

Their collaborative efforts bring together multiple technical disciplines to solve complex challenges and push the limits of innovation.

All these efforts come together with a shared goal: to compete in Formula Student as the only Latin American team.

The Operations department encompasses six key areas that manage the organizational, logistical, and promotional aspects of TM Racing.

They handle everything from planning and coordination to sponsor relations, social media outreach, and internal team support, ensuring that all the necessary resources and processes are in place for the team to succeed.

Their work creates the foundation that allows the engineering group to focus fully on technical development, while also maintaining strong communication and visibility with external partners and the community.

Costs and Manufacturing has consistently been one of the most steady and reliable departments on the team. Through continuous optimization of our processes, we’ve achieved remarkable results that haven’t gone unnoticed, including podium finishes in the Concept Class over the last three years. This department is responsible for the detailed costing and budgeting of the entire project, as well as for the manufacturing plan that brings our designs to life.

By managing resources efficiently and ensuring technical feasibility, this department helps us stay competitive and within the strict requirements of the competition.

The Management department oversees everything from talent development and team coordination to strategic project planning. Its main responsibility is to create the conditions that allow every team member and area to perform at their best.

By managing timelines, resources, and overall well-being, this department ensures that all parts of the project work together smoothly and effectively to reach our shared goals.
