People focuses on creating a meaningful experience for every team member throughout their time at TM Racing. From onboarding and integration to personal development and internal communication, we strive to build an environment where everyone feels welcomed, supported, and empowered. Project Management is responsible for the overall planning and coordination of the project. The area ensures that every other areas stay on track by monitoring timelines, setting priorities, and facilitating communication across departments. It also manages the team’s budget, allocates resources efficiently, and oversees the financial planning. Additionally, Project Management performs risk assessments to anticipate potential issues and develop prevention and mitigation strategies. Our work is key to making sure the team operates in a structured, goal-oriented, and sustainable way throughout the season.
General Management is composed of key leaders from across the team: the Operations Coordinator, Cost Chief, Team Leader, and Engineering Coordinator. This area plays a strategic role in ensuring that every major decision reflects the perspectives and needs of all departments. By maintaining constant communication and alignment between areas, General Management oversees the coordination of the entire team, making sure that efforts remain unified and the project moves forward cohesively.
