Tile & grout $1.20 per square foot, restoration an additional $1 per square foot (repairs are add on depending on scope)
Stone $1.50 per step per sq. ft. (includes sealing).
Countertops clean and seal $ depends on choices call for an inspection.
Rugs starting at $1 per square foot
Price may rise depending on depending on rug material (i.e. wool, linen, etc.) and services needed to clean (i.e. urine).

Stairs $6 per step, landings $10
Hallways $30
Pet treatment $40 (add-on per room)
Restoration/deep clean $50 (add-on per room)
Furniture $25 per linear foot pull off cushions $25 each second side.
*100 sq. ft. is considered a room, because size matters.
Rooms between 101 and 150 sq. ft. are charged as 1.5 rooms, 151 to 200 sq. ft. are charged as 2 rooms, etc.
