Carpet cleaning Packages: 100 sq. ft. is considered a room.
Basic clean - $50 per room (for regularly maintained carpet).
Deep clean - $65 per room
Restorative clean - $80 per room (excessive matting or staining, extreme travel paths, greasy carpet).
Pet Clean - level 1 surface clean, level 2 replace pad, level 3 replace pad & seal floor - price by sq. foot.
Rooms over 100 sq. ft. are priced at 1.5 to 2+ rooms, depending on size of room.
Carpet stretching
Wavy carpet is unsightly, and unsafe.
Carpet stretching for $1.20 per sq. ft.
Discounted to $1 per sq. ft. if furniture is removed from carpet before our arrival.
