Overview

This portfolio will include my resume, which will profile me as a student thus far.  It will describe my kind of leadership and why I resonate with that kind of leadership. To determine whether or not I am the kind of leader I think I am, a scenario or circumstance in a clinical setting—specifically, the nuclear medicine department—is utilized to see how I would manage that particular problem.  I have included a customer satisfaction tool that I believe I would use to bridge a gap between myself and my customers, in this case patients, in order to enhance my services and provide them with a better customer experience.  At the conclusion of it all, I reflected on this evaluation, offering my opinions on how I found this assignment.
