A welcome from our Headteacher

Croeso! On behalf of myself, the governors, staff and pupils of Tir-y-berth Primary I would like to welcome you to our warm and welcoming school. Our motto is “Learning and Laughing together” which underpins our commitment and dedication to achieving excellence in all areas of school life and making school fun and enjoyable for everyone.

The purpose of this website is to provide an interesting insight into our school, to convey important information, and to celebrate the excellent work produced by pupils and staff.

Staff are continually improving the pages on this website, we hope that it will further improve  communications  between school and all our stakeholders. We hope it is both useful and informative. If there is anything you would like to see included please let us know.

Here at Tir-y-berth, we strive to offer the very best education in a exciting  and  comfortable environment, where pupils are ready to learn, they become responsible for their learning and are respectful to themselves, others and the environment.   Pupil well-being is of paramount importance to us, we ensure that children are safe, happy and feel secure. All pupils make good progress academically but we are equally as proud of our caring, happy and friendly school ethos.

We believe that home and school working together helps our children to achieve. Together we ensure that we provide the best education we can for all children so that they are happy, enriched and fulfil their potential. 

I am proud of all pupils, staff, parents and Governors as Tir-y-berth is an extremely effective school. We are committed to preparing all children for a lifelong journey of discovery and learning.
