'I've done breathwork with Pepper Monroe that I really enjoyed. She creates a really safe and comforting atmosphere at every workshop and always has the best playlists to accompany the session. I've taken workshops with her out of a space in the T-Shirt Factory in Kingston but I'm not sure that she has a regular offering.'
