I have selected this video to be a part of my classroom because it will help the children see that everyone deals with negativity. It will allow the students to see how they have control over their thoughts and attitudes. This is a positive and encouraging video using robots and colors, but the point is the same treat everyone fair and kindness will follow.
I have selected this video because it is inspiring us as teachers to be that exciting new encouraging person in their lives. We have the opportunity to make the start of every year the best year for each of our students. We should show them that whatever they went through on last year is gone, but together we have the chance to help them do anything they have a desire to do. Every year we have the chance to help them believe in themselves. They were happy to learn to read, to use an I-pad, and to learn to drive. It also motivated me to always be that teacher to that will make a difference in their lives. To help them by encouraging them to reach for the impossible. We will be the inspiration for our future. Be encouraged and be inspiring.
I chose this article because it expresses the importance of introducing technology as well as implementing it into our lesson plans. I see that the children are learning more and enjoying learning more. It is important for the children to have fun while they are learning because they will remember their lessons as well as understand them more. The children are more interactive with the lessons and the teacher. I believe that this is a positive change in the classrooms.
This video has blessed me. It encourages me to keep moving forward because failure is part of the process. It is not an option to quit but keep going and go even harder. Failure is not an option. I hope this helps you as it has helped me because starting school at my age has been a challenge. The video says that we grow more from our failures and we must learn from them. We need to make the proper adjustments and try again because the only failure is when you just give up on everything. So lets keep studying, having late nights doing homework and we will be in top. This week I choose a video on joy and reflection that has touched my heart. I was not a rebellious child, but I hung around some children who had parents that did not care what they did. My mother was on top of everything that I did and just like Marc's mother if I was out late she was the one I met at the door when I came home. I used to think she was always in my business, but now that I am older with children I realize that it was all love. I never back talked my mother and I was the opposite of Marc because I was at my mothers bedside when she passed. Although I was only 24 years old, I was terrified because she was all I knew. Who was going to be my protector, my guide through life, and now who was going to give me the advise I needed. I felt as if she left me all alone. Just as Marc found his joy in having teachable moments with young students from his mother , now I to find myself having teachable moments by using the advice she gave me. I am able to help the teens at my church and I am a better parent because of my mother. I hope and pray this helps you as a teacher and as a parent.
