I take an active role in service within the School of Education, the College of Science and Mathematics, and at CalPoly at large and with organizations that contribute to improving the educational experiences for students of color. These experiences have helped me crystalize and bring to fruition a longstanding commitment to mentoring and professional service.
I am part of CalPoly's Diversity Cluster Hire in 2019 supporting the university's values of diversity, equity and inclusion.
