To establish a good and modern library with a study centre.
To establish a museum having preserved or stuffed specimens including some models through explorations.
To establish a seminar cum conference room with audio-visual equipment and desk to microphone arrangements which can be used by outside agencies on hire.
To construct a small guest house with two beds and attached bath and a small kitchen.
To establish a garden with permanent and seasonal flowers and orchids as well as timber/fruit bearing plants.
On the top of all to establish a research centre with specific project aided grants available from various sources.
