This action is the first step in achieving the goal of fully understanding how relationships
between people are built and how to strive for success. The ability to express your goals and
needs appropriately and understand them mutually is the basis for good understanding and
joint development of a goal, despite the existing differences (individual, cultural,
socioeconomic). Students and teachers learn how to recognize types of personalities and
related methods of working thus learning the concept of communication and its influence on
intellectual growth. Another aspect of the activity related to the objectives of the project is the
practical use of communication skills in a foreign language, common to the entire group
involved in the project. By increasing their linguistic competences, both in terms of listening
and speaking, they develop the ability to use the language in everyday situations, which is
often lacking in class realities. Moreover, students with different language-learning aptitude
and competences also take part in the meeting. Consequently, not only talented students
have an opportunity to participate in the project, but there is a chance to help find
strengths in each of the participants.
