To register for an CPMS parking permit residents should complete the following steps;

You details will be verified by A2Z Property Management Ltd agents and CPMS will contact you directly for payment.
The CPMS office will issue the permit once payment has been received and the applicant has been approved by the Property Management Agent (A2Z Property Management).
People who have no means of registering online can call +353 1 5252724 or complete our paper permit application form to register for their permit.
Proof of residency needs to be provided.
No permit will be issued to a resident without the approval of the Property Management Agent (A2Z Property Management Ltd ).
Permits will not be issued to residents of apartments where the service charges are in arrears.
Residents who change vehicle during the year, will need to apply for a new permit. The costs of permits is to cover the administration costs of providing the permit, and as such the usual fees will apply in such instances.
When a vehicle is to be declamped, the person needs to call 01- 5252724 and follow the instruction for paying for the declamping of the vehicle. Once the payment method has been agreed and processed the enforcement team will get to the vehicle as quickly as possible. CPMS aim to have all vehicles declamped within the hour and in the event of it taking over 2 hours the clamp is removed free of charge.
