Laundry Services

The Waterside are pleased to provide modern communal tumble dryers for residents. The dryers can be found in the car park underneath Block B/C. The code to access the laundry room can be obtained from our Caretaker (Garry), A2Z Property Management Agents (Margaret), or your landlord. 

Two dryers take coins and the other two can be paid for online using Air Wallet. The details for setting up an Air Wallet a/c are posted in the laundry room.

 €3 = 55 minutes drying time

We request that all users are considerate of other residents in the complex, and;

• Do not leave laundry in dryers longer than the cycle you have paid for.

• To assist with efficient transition between drying cycles, laundry baskets have been provided by management. These baskets are the property of The Waterside and should not be removed from the laundry room. 

• Place all refuse in the bin provided.

• Clean the filter at the front of the dryer following your drying cycle.

• Its a good idea to set the timer on you mobile phone for 55 mins to remind you to return and collect your laundry.

The Laundry Press have provided cabinets where you can leave your clothes for dry cleaning and they will be collected and returned to the cabinets.  You will need to setup an a/c with them.  Check for details on: https://www.thelaundrypress.ie/
