Have you ever felt like there's more you could be doing to achieve your goals and reach your full potential?
That's how I felt before joining The Coaching Masters and starting my journey toward exponential growth.
In just one month, I've learned a lot about what it takes to succeed in all areas of my life. However, my biggest focus and takeaway has been on prioritizing my health.
Although I knew that a healthy lifestyle is important, I think I was prioritizing everything else over my health.
It's only since starting my journey with The Coaching Masters that I've remembered just how much it can impact all other areas of my life. So in my first month, I made a conscious effort to prioritize my health and make some changes.
I remembered that making choices for health can be as simple as choosing to drink a coconut over a can of Coke or taking a walk over watching another YouTube video.
The small things can lead to big results. Not to mention, it made me feel good and proud to make these small choices.
I have been focusing on overall mental and physical health as the two go hand in hand.
One of the changes I made was doing resistance work in the pool, which has been a fun and effective way to stay active.
I've also been making better food and drink choices, choosing options that fuel my body and give me more energy. Additionally, I've been trying chakra and spiritual healing, walking, meditation, and making plans to continue these new habits.
Since focusing on my health, I've noticed that I feel more motivated and productive and above all else happier.
In fact, research shows that individuals who practice healthy habits are 2.5 times more likely to be high performers at work than those who don't prioritize their health.
By taking care of our bodies and minds, we can improve our productivity, focus, and motivation, which in turn helps us stay on track with our goals and keep procrastination at bay.
As I continue on my journey toward exponential growth, I'm excited to see how these changes in my health will impact other areas of my life. I'll be sure to provide monthly updates on my progress, so stay tuned.
In conclusion, prioritizing our health is essential for achieving exponential growth and reaching our full potential. By making simple choices for our health, we can make big strides toward our goals.
