Maximus is tenacious and fearless in the fighting ring, even brutal. He is not content simply to hiss and mock-charge his opponents, and will not hesitate to unsheath his claws. A fight with this cat does not often end without bloodshed. However, his aggression is primarily aimed at other males, and he will not be quite as motivated going up against a female opponent. In this instance, he will use his claws and fangs as a last resort, rather than the first as with other males. Despite his temperament toward other cats, he is very lazy or kingly around humans. His only interest in humans is when it's feeding time, but he otherwise is very independant and likes to loaf about. He loves to box/joust with large, tough-material balls usually meant for horses, and his favorite treat is raw red meat.
