Each district has different range of items that can be found and different events that can occur.
These events are called Happenings. Some of them can be ignored, others will require an action response from you.
Some of them will affect your relations with major gangs.
In each district there are also hidden areas, these are places that you can find during your explorations.
Secret locations have unique sets of items that can be found, or the area has enhanced % of finding items or other neat bonuses.
A person who finds a secret area gains the right to visit it at any time or attempt to enter there, if it is a secured area under guard.
Your access to that area will be proven by stamp in your character’s LOG, with a link to the revealed areas journal or LOG.
Once gained, access stays with character for the rest of their existence. Your character can take another person to visit these places. Max of 2 people at a time. Characters who visit a Secret location with your character will also receive their special exploration rolls, but they cannot visit these places on their own.

MEZZA DISTRICT | LOG
Mezza is not the area you go to have good, clean fun in.
Mezza is a very sketchy and dangerous area to walk around in. There is a high amount of illegal activity and very little police reinforcement, so be careful any and everywhere you step, especially if you are beginner racer, street or official.
Gang activity is very high here, and they will roughen you up a bit more than they would in Ripley Park or other upper end districts.
RAGBROOKE DISTRICT | LOG
Ragbrooke is one of the youngest districts in the city of Rockport. Today, Ragbrooke is a ghostly, abandoned area; a mere ruined glimpse of its former glory.
Ragbrooke was an ambitious project. It was seen as future Mecca of technology, science and medicine. The area began to develop in late 50s of the 20th Century. Even as it was developing and boiling with life and business, the place was abandoned shortly after several incidents came one after another in different parts of the district.
The true nature of these happenings is believed to be kept in secret. However, official statement is that the project of District 9-c (that was the former name of Ragbrooke) could not sustain itself. A major accident in one of the chemistry factories brought Ragbrooke to a condition where people could not live there safely anymore.
Some people say that main reason for the decline is that the government cancelled sponsorship of a space station project which was believed to be the main purpose of the huge district.
