My style is a slow and gentle hatha yoga. I want us to feel good in our bodies, hearts, and minds when we do yoga together. I teach a yoga that is welcoming to all, trauma informed, focused on nervous system regulation and stress relief, and suitable for all levels of practitioner--even and especially beginners.
I'm currently teaching gentle yoga classes at Boggs Chiropractic on Tuesdays at 6:15pm. Gentle yoga coming to The Wellife Saturday mornings at 10am beginning August 15th.
