My health coaching is rooted in whole-food, plant-forward nutrition because decades of research consistently show that eating more whole plant foods supports longevity, disease prevention, energy, and overall quality of life. But nutrition is only one piece of the picture.

We'll identify what's working, uncover what's getting in your way, and create practical, sustainable changes that fit your life—not someone else's ideal.
As a holistic--or whole-person--health and wellness coach with training in deep transformational coaching, women's health, mindset coaching, holistic and plant-based nutrition and more, I don't believe in shame, perfection, or restrictive rules. I believe in a whole-person approach and lasting change happens through curiosity, self-compassion, and small, meaningful steps that build confidence over time.
