At Imbolc, we are on the threshold, directly centered between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox. It is a time to tend our inner fires, clear away what no longer serves, and begin to notice what wants to grow.
At this retreat, your day will include:
- A gentle, nourishing, all-levels yoga session to release tension and waken the body
- Coffee, tea, and cozy snacks
- A delicious vegan & gluten-free lunch (everyone can enjoy everything!)
- Time for creativity, reflection, and journaling
- Seasonal rituals for grounding, release, tending, receiving, and carrying the light forward
