Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all Thai yoga massage and Holistic Health & Wellness Coaching appointments...

• Payment is due at the time of booking.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment may receive a refund minus Paypal processing fees, or may be rescheduled at no charge.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

• No-shows are charged the full amount.

• If there's an emergency or illness, I'll do my best to  work with clients on a case-by-case basis.

• If I, the practitioner, need to cancel for any reason, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

My goal is always to be fair and compassionate while honoring the time I reserve exclusively for you.
