Sam is an avid chess enthusiast who loves fast-paced five-minute blitz games with friends at Starbucks. He is a Finance Manager for Children’s Services of Virginia and proudly serves as Treasurer for Shenandoah Valley Chess Club. When he’s not at work or strategizing over the board, he’s behind a telescope, turning ancient starlight into breathtaking images of the night sky.
